ROlf Method of Structural Integration

Why I became a Structural Integrator?

After a knee injury in 2012, I was in constant pain and began searching for alternative forms of healing. That’s when I discovered Structural Integration, a form of bodywork that focuses on balance and alignment of the body. Within the first session, I was recognizing patterns in my body and perception of it. Every session was like uncovering buried treasure. By the end of the second session, I was hooked. By the sixth session, I began to feel comfort in my body and activities returned to being challenges instead of a bother. I was truly inspired by the work.

In 2019, I moved to Colorado to pursue my new career as a Structural Integrator. Since graduating in 2022, I’ve made it my aim to empower others, to help them explore the possibilities in how they use and experience their body. There can be change in balance and alignment, and I am here to help.

“If you can imagine how it feels to live in a fluid, light-balanced body, free of pain, stiffness and chronic stress, as ease with itself and the earth’s gravitational field; then you will understand the goals of Rolfing.”
